About This Role:

This is a leadership position that requires strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Regional Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of product specialists, overseeing equipment selection and tender preparation, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the product specialists across the region to ensure professional development and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee equipment selection, costing, quoting, and tender preparation to ensure technical accuracy and customer alignment.
  • Prepare and manage proposals for tenders and participate in sales negotiations with bid managers.
  • Work with product management to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate all warranty activities within the region and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve product issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with GET technical sales, Capital, LHD, and dragline equipment, as well as the mining or aggregate industry.
  • MBA in Business (strategy and marketing planning) highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
