About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our team in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing employee engagement.

The successful candidate will possess expertise in industrial relations, EBA negotiations, and union engagement, with a proven track record of managing large-scale HR projects in complex environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Fostering strong relationships with operational leaders and stakeholders to drive workforce planning and productivity initiatives
  • Leading EBA negotiations and award interpretation to ensure compliance and minimize risk
  • Providing expert guidance on industrial relations matters, including union engagement and governance

About You:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Manager in manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale industrial operations
  • Expertise in EBA negotiations, award interpretation, and union engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large HR teams in high-pressure environments
  • A pragmatic, commercially focused leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with diverse, multicultural workforces
