We are seeking a senior livestock manager to lead our team in Queensland and the Northern Territory, focusing on developing and implementing sales strategies for commercial, stud stock, and A+ sales.
The ideal candidate will have extensive agency experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and engage a team towards achieving annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement state-level sales strategies
- Lead and inspire the livestock team to maximize their potential
- Provide technical expertise to support the network
- Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders' presence across the state
We are looking for a leader who can drive change and influence a team towards achieving exceptional outcomes. If you have a proven track record of leading at a senior level, possess extensive agency experience, and can effectively motivate a team, we would like to hear from you.
