Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and systems to ensure seamless student experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Support student registration and support processes
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated capacity to respond to enquiries in a courteous manner
  • Excellent organisational and office administration skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products, internet-based applications, and database management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
