Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Administrator to join our team based in the Melbourne East office. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to utilize their administration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate reports, submissions, and documentation with Agents.
  • Prepare media schedules and budgets for marketing campaigns, seek approvals, and execute campaigns regularly reporting on effectiveness and performance.
  • Manage event coordination and company database updates.
  • Reconcile invoices and expenses as necessary.
Requirements
  • Recent experience in a similar role (12 months – 2 years)
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
