Administrative Professional for Real Estate Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team at Colliers International, based in the Melbourne East office.
As an Administrative Professional, you will play a key role in supporting our industry-leading team by coordinating reports, submissions, and other documentation. You will also be responsible for managing online listings on both Colliers' website and third-party websites, as well as reconciling invoices and expenses.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize and further enhance your strong administration skills and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinating reports, submissions, and other documentation with agents
- Managing online listings on Colliers' website and third-party websites
- Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses
- Preparing media schedules and budgets for marketing campaigns
In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work independently as well as part of a team, utilizing your exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Requirements- Recent and relevant experience in a similar role (12 months – 2 years')
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in InDesign preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
