Job Title

A top-performing Business Development Manager is required to cover a territory consisting of Melbourne and VIC. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about providing technical solutions to clients.

As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships and identifying opportunities with clients to grow the state. You will focus on delivering high-quality technical support to the clients' needs using your deep knowledge of the HVAC industry and equipment.

This role involves minimal office time and requires excellent communication skills to interact directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and informative responses to client inquiries
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions

Requirements:

  • Self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed; however, you will also enjoy collaborating with internal team members
  • Current experience in selling large HVAC units or Mechanical Engineering background looking to transition into sales
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and major projects
