
Business Growth Specialist

This is an opportunity to lead business growth in a dynamic, service-driven industry.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for identifying and securing new key accounts across logistics and transport services. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and handover while working closely with operations and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Winning new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targets
- Develop tailored sales plans and value-based proposals for each prospect
- Ensure accurate onboarding, billing setup, and first-90-day service monitoring
- Maintain a strong ongoing pipeline
- Report on performance of key prospects, quotes & tenders submitted and newly secured business
- Report on market insights for targeted and intentional business development activity
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Maximise client's share of wallet
- Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain environments
- Demonstrable history of new business development
- Strong commercial acumen and solution-based selling skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to build relationships across multiple layers within an organisation
- Self-driven, organised, and detail-oriented
- Effective presentation skills & interpersonal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (desired)
