We are seeking a talented Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and building strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

This full-time permanent position is responsible for expanding our customer base in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery, and A & D space, focusing on retail sales generation. You will provide exceptional customer service while driving referrals into our Hobart store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development - Identify and implement strategic business growth initiatives
  • Client Relationship Management - Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery, and A & D space
  • Collaboration and Customer Engagement - Work closely with customers to meet their evolving needs, including stock management, sales training, and tracking customer referrals
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning - Stay up-to-date with market trends and partner with suppliers for training events
