Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities through Business Development strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery, and A & D space.
  • Collaborate with customers to meet their evolving needs, including stocktake management, ongoing sales training, and tracking customer referrals into e&s.
  • Stay up-to-date with market knowledge and partner with suppliers for regular training events.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in product-based B2B or B2C business development roles involving developing new and existing customer relationships to achieve established revenue targets.
  • A focus on and interest in architecture and design principles.
  • Experience within Kitchen, Bathroom, and Laundry appliances, or a design-led adjacent industry.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with internal and external partners.
  • A customer-centric mindset where the customer is at the heart of all decisions and actions, delivering exceptional and distinctive customer experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
