Business Growth Ambassador

The role of Business Growth Ambassador involves identifying and cultivating sales opportunities through strategic outreach, data-driven insights, and expert communication. This requires a deep understanding of our product offerings and the ability to articulate their value proposition to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Timely evaluation and accurate qualification of inbound inquiries and marketing campaign leads.
  2. Developing targeted campaigns in collaboration with sales teams, leveraging tools like Salesloft cadences.
  3. Maintaining and optimizing prospect databases to identify new targets for sales and marketing efforts.
  4. Gathering critical information and insights about target organizations.
  5. Identifying key decision-makers among targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
  6. Fostering relationships with decision-makers in target accounts.
  7. A strong focus on customer experience, ensuring seamless transitions to field sales teams.
  8. Accurate documentation of relevant information in CRM systems.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent tele-prospecting and qualification skills.
  • Experience in outbound sales lead development targeting executives within large enterprises.
  • Financial Services, Insurance, Government, and Healthcare industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prolific energy and self-motivation.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in online database tools (Salesloft, Cognism, and LinkedIn Navigator).

Bonus skills/experience: Analytical Ability - effectiveness in analyzing situations and identifying key issues.
