Organisational Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Design Lead to join our People Consulting team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading and delivering workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering client projects: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
  • Supporting clients to solve their challenges: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Build client relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving.
  • Contributing to business development: Identify and support opportunities for EY to contribute to client outcomes.
Manager Level Responsibilities:
  • Managing client relationships: Establish and manage client relationships to achieve project outcomes and resolve issues or roadblocks.
  • Leading project teams: Coach and guide other team members and build capability in organisation design.
  • Owning solution design: Lead end-to-end development of solutions and recommendations that balance client requirements with practical implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical skills: Experience with and good understanding of workforce strategy and organisational design.
  • Client focus: Proactive in understanding and responding to client needs.
  • Previous experience in professional services consulting or internal consulting is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing: Demonstrated ability to ask better questions, listen actively and convey ideas effectively.
