Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Organisational Design Specialist or Lead to take on a strategic workforce strategy and organisation design role.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver client projects by collaborating with colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
  • Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations that support client challenges.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and supporting opportunities for contributing to client outcomes.

Key Skills and Attributes
  • Technical skills: Experience with workforce strategy and organisational design is essential.
