The Opportunity

As a Strategic Organisation Designer, you will:

  • Deliver client projects by defining and achieving outcomes with colleagues and clients.
  • Support clients by analysing data, generating insights, and guiding problem-solving.
  • Identify and support business development opportunities.

  • Manage client relationships to achieve project goals.
  • Lead and coach project teams, building organisational design capabilities.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions balancing client needs and practical implementation.
