About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for elevating every stay into an unforgettable one.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Show initiative and proactively ensure our guests' stays are elevated experiences
  • Handle VIPs with care and showmanship, from pre-arrival setup to personal welcomes, amenities, and hotel tours
  • Be present, joyful, and magnetic in your interactions with guests, whether greeting them in the lobby or offering poolside tips
  • Create daily 'wow' moments by thinking creatively about how to exceed expectations and provide fresh, local, and fun experiences
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Demonstrate strong IT and process experience, with a keen attention to detail and familiarity with Opera (PMS)
  • Stay informed about hotel happenings and hidden local gems to share with our guests
  • Be available to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights
About You:
  • You have previous hotel guest service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working with technology to deliver seamless experiences
  • You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and able to think on your feet to resolve issues and exceed expectations
