Join Our Team of Seasonal Ambassadors

We're seeking charismatic and reliable team members to enhance the customer experience across Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand.

As a key member of our seasonal team, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our centres during the festive season.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Offering directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services

Festive Duties: Be prepared to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, and be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal).

Our seasonal casual roles offer a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations.

Requirements: Friendly and approachable attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
