Job Description:

  • Greet guests with warmth, professionalism and discretion to kick off memorable experiences.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation, valet parking and other needs.
  • Anticipate guest requests and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Support the Front Desk team with guest requests and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Daytime Porter: Greet early-arriving guests, provide luggage assistance, support the Front Desk team.
  • Overnight Porter: Greet late-arriving guests, provide valet parking service, assist guests with luggage.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
  • Valid open driver's license (ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles).
  • Impeccable grooming and polished professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Able to lift heavy luggage and stand/walk for long periods.
