Our Project Management Role

- Develop and report on project schedules to identify and mitigate delivery risks. Ensure a clear understanding of the project roadmap and highlight any potential obstacles.
- Maintain cost control and effectively manage projects against established estimates. Proactively address any variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review and plan the project to guarantee technical aspects align with contractual arrangements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical-based queries from associated subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Foster open communication and resolve issues efficiently.
- Establish and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

About You:
- Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Bring relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Showcase your ability to lead and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills and a track record of successful project management. Highlight your expertise in conflict resolution and attention to detail.
