Site Manager Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead a team of around 10 individuals and oversee the successful completion of intricate projects in the surrounding areas.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Guide and motivate the team using strong communication and leadership skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in construction, protecting both employees and clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably in luxury home construction.
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or project planning.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Bluebeam software for project management and knowledge of effective communication strategies. A valid driver's license is also required.


In addition to managing multiple projects, the Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the team follows company policies and procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential in this role.
