We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our dynamic sales team in Australia.
Job Description:The ideal candidate has deep understanding of sales of large and complex energy projects and brings valuable experience gained from having contributed to closing of large BESS projects while managing project risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of energy storage projects
- Lead the project sales team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Secure deal quality by ensuring requirements are understood and accounted for with correct pricing strategies and risk management
- Lead contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with contract policies and guidelines
- Promote strategic objectives and value-based selling
- Develop successful partnerships with key customers and strategic partners
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and securing utility-scale battery energy storage projects
- Understanding of the Australian electricity market and the business environment
- Minimum five years of experience in a project sales environment
This permanent position will be based in Australia, preferably in Sydney. The successful applicant must be based in Australia and have lived here for a minimum of 5 years.
