Project Manager, Energy Storage and Optimization

As part of the collaborative and high-impact legal team, you'll support battery storage projects across Australia and Asia, negotiating and delivering complex EPC contracts, service agreements, and supply contracts.

You'll lead negotiations on high-value construction, services, equipment sales, subcontracts, and procurement agreements across Australia and Asia, serving as a key interface between technical, commercial, and legal teams.

Contribute to our global legal strategy through the development and refinement of contract templates and risk standards.

Key responsibilities include preparing commercial offers and RFP responses, contract close-out, and project delivery.

What You'll Bring
  • 5–8 years' experience in the construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors with experience in utility-scale renewable energy or storage projects
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to align outcomes with business objectives and risk considerations
  • Proven ability to manage complex contract negotiations, including EPC agreements and project claims
  • Willingness to lead negotiations, engaging directly with customers and suppliers
  • Strong commercial judgment and relationship-building skills

This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne with some regular travel expected.
