Corporate Governance Specialist Opportunity
About This RoleThis position offers the chance to work in a challenging and dynamic environment, providing expert advice on governance processes and supporting the effective functioning of various committees and boards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as Executive Officer to several specific committees/boards, coordinating information flow and decision-making processes.
- Provide clear and accurate advice on university governance processes to both internal and external customers.
- Maintain effective governance processes, including management of various registers, recordkeeping, and undertaking other operational functions as required.
Candidates must demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the organization's values of integrity, respect, rational inquiry, personal excellence, and courage.
Benefits Package- A full-time, fixed-term position offering remuneration of $100,512 to $112,622 pa.
