Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Advisor based in Perth, WA. The Corporate Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic corporate governance advice in the position as named Company Secretary for our clients, assisting in the preparation and facilitation of client\'s board, committee and shareholder meetings, assisting with the review and lodgement of statutory reports, and maintaining the capital registers and client company records. The role will also involve liaising with clients and their stakeholders, managing corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience with ASX listed companies in a legal counsel, governance and finance or company secretarial capacity would be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Experience in the corporate services industry is a plus
