We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide effective support for corporate governance-related activities, ensuring processes comply with statutory provisions, organisational objectives, and policies.

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and administration of the Corporate Governance Framework and Complaints Management Framework.\
  • Assist with the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employees' understanding of legislative obligations in a Local Government environment.\
  • Maintain relevant registers for employee-related disclosures of interest, gifts, delegations, primary returns, secondary employment, and statutory authorisations.\
  • Manage incoming requests and enquiries from internal and external stakeholders relating to corporate governance matters.
