Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and pipeline networks.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of water treatment and distribution projects in compliance with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare reports and present project updates to senior management
  • Lead procurement and contract management activities
  • Promote sustainability and innovation in project execution

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for water infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and pipeline systems
  • Familiarity with Australian water regulations and environmental standards
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with SCADA systems and hydraulic modeling
  • Understanding of asset management and lifecycle planning
