Chief Water Delivery Specialist

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for an accomplished Senior Project Manager who can drive and manage multiple concurrent water infrastructure projects, delivering transformative results.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving project outcomes, including safety, commercial performance, program delivery, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex water infrastructure projects with Sydney Water as the client.
- Manage a team of professionals, oversee a support team, and engage closely with tendering and commercial teams.
- Take accountability for project delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
About You:
- Background in Tier 2–4 civil or utilities contracting.
- Deep understanding of utilities infrastructure, particularly water and wastewater.
- Ability to add value through early contractor involvement and engineering-led problem solving.
