Job Title: Water Infrastructure Delivery Lead

 

Role Overview:

  • Lead the operational delivery of complex water infrastructure projects — including pipelines, pump stations, water treatment plants (WTPs), wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), and sewage treatment plants (STPs).
  • Manage project lifecycles from pre-contract to completion, typically valued between $5 million and $75 million.
  • Making informed commercial decisions — evaluating project viability, creating competitive tenders, and managing procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing construction team to improve systems, processes, and delivery outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders through technical expertise and leadership.

 

About You:

  • An experienced operations or Senior Project Manager in water infrastructure, with a proven track record on multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Respected by peers, clients, and subcontractors — with a leadership style that fosters trust and performance.
