Senior Water Infrastructure Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Water Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across Sydney.

  • Provide visionary leadership across multiple water infrastructure projects, driving strategic growth and development.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring effective execution and optimal outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies, contractors, and consultants, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead risk management and quality assurance processes, ensuring robust frameworks and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and technical teams, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise development.
  • Report progress to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. They will possess a proven track record in managing large-scale water infrastructure projects, strong understanding of Australian water regulations, and exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
