Job Overview

As a senior water industry operator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining community water services. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining and developing water, sewerage, and stormwater network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain water, sewerage, and stormwater network infrastructure to ensure reliable community services.
  • Contribute to the delivery of essential services by ensuring the reliability of water supply and wastewater management systems.
  • Inspect, report, and record work activities to guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and support team members to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in water, recycled water, sewer, or stormwater maintenance and operations is highly desirable.
  • Able to lead and support team members in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, monitoring systems, and electronic records software.
