Senior Water Design Leader

This role involves strategic water infrastructure design and project delivery. A high level of experience in civil engineering is required to drive business growth through successful design leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver compliant and high-quality designs for water infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee end-to-end design and documentation of water and sewer infrastructure, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Ensure design compliance with industry standards and regulations, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and collaborate closely with other disciplines to achieve integrated outcomes.
  • Support leadership and contribute to building a positive team culture and new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience in civil engineering or a related field, preferably with water service coordination experience.
  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
  • Strong skills in Civil 3D and/or 12D software.
  • Proven leadership, project management, and client engagement capabilities.
