Site Services Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Services Coordinator to join our team at our Caboolture Operation. This role will play a vital part in maintaining the site appearance and buildings across our operations.

  • This position will oversee carpentry and builder requirements, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance and building repairs, as well as minor plumbing tasks.

This opportunity is located in the beautiful Moreton Bay Region of Queensland, providing easy access to Brisbane and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain site appearance by overseeing current building repairs contractors
  2. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed to standard
  3. Utilize hand and power tools to maintain buildings across Caboolture operations
  4. Evaluate and report on public-facing areas to ensure they project our company as an industry leader
  5. Support the maintenance department by undertaking general building maintenance duties, including:
    1. Building, office, and common area maintenance, repairs, and improvements
    2. Minor painting and plastering when required
    3. General carpentry tasks
    4. Minor plumbing repairs i.e., leaky taps, blocked toilets, etc.
  6. Demonstrate experience with problem-solving and fixing issues
  7. Hold ability to solve problems
  8. Be available to work Saturdays as required
  9. Previous experience as Tradesperson or Handyman is essential
  10. Sound knowledge and acceptance of Workplace Health and Safety Principles
