Job Title: Site Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our site operations team as a Site Operations Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the site's infrastructure, including buildings, grounds, and facilities. This will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, carrying out repairs, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of site infrastructure, including buildings, grounds, and facilities
  • Performance of routine maintenance tasks and repairs
  • Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
  • Assisting with the installation of new services and equipment
  • Carrying out groundworks and excavation activities
  • Performing site access road maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a trade such as carpentry or plumbing
  • Trade qualification in plumbing or carpentry (mandatory)
  • Experience operating civil/ancillary equipment
  • Able to follow work schedules and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proactive approach to safety and quality in the workplace
