About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Site Sweeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain clean and safe hardstands, pathways, and floor line markings using sweepers and scrubbers.
  • Perform pre-start exercises before each shift.
  • Attend daily morning meetings to discuss site safety and initiatives.
  • Participate in site safety programs, including hazard reporting and 5S initiatives.
  • Conduct daily sweeper pre-start checks.
  • Clean up debris, such as broken timbers and fibre cement sheets, to ensure areas are clean and safe.
  • Operate and perform basic maintenance on site sweepers and wet scrubbers.
  • Assist with other tasks as required, such as painting, sign installation, and moving items.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Show ability to perform manual labor around the plant as required.
  • A valid forklift license is highly regarded but not essential.
