Industrial Site Maintenance Director

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the maintenance function at a large-scale industrial site.

Maintenance Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal plant reliability and efficiency.
  • Promote standardized maintenance practices to guarantee agreed-upon levels of plant availability.
  • Work closely with external contractors to ensure successful capital expenditure projects align with maintenance needs.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or supervisory roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Trade, or related field.
  • No less than 10 years of industrial site maintenance experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years in maintenance management/supervisory positions.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Effective negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers.
