International Customer Program Manager

The purpose of this role is to deliver assigned programs and projects of various size within the International segment, along with managing and overseeing end to end interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with all relevant internal stakeholders and teams to manage all customer projects through development and implementation according to customer and business requirements.
- Proactively gather requirements from both internal and external stakeholders and perform due diligence with relevant departments to ensure plans are executed effectively.
- Plan and monitor the programmes overall progress; Resolve any issues and instigate corrective action as appropriate (Issues management and analysis)
- Implement portfolio governance - Developing and managing regular project plan progress reports, ensuring appropriate management of scope, time & cost activities on assigned program.
- Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team structured to support and provide a positive experience to assigned customers.
- Designing and developing strategies and processes, in consultation with team members / stakeholders / business consultants, who will support the implementation of the project.
- Identifying key stakeholders and working pro-actively to gain their support/endorsement by establishing contacts, conducting presentations/workshops and attending stakeholder meetings.
- Determining project resourcing requirements, recruiting staff and managing development and implementation of program/project on a day-to-day basis.
- Identifying risks & issues effecting delivery of project outcomes and where necessary deploys contingencies/remediation activities to ensure completion of project or customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with the customers and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing and responding to corporate policy issues, providing advice and establishing policies when required.

**Skills**:

- A demonstrable history of Project Management skills and experience in the Wholesale International and OTT (or related) segments.
- Understanding of operations, procedures and policies related to the specific customers and the business area.
- Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Process re-engineering/business improvement/change management.
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or at least 5 years industry experience at a senior management level
- relevant tertiary education in a business-related discipline
