Strategic Sales and Marketing Leader for Grid Integration

About the Role
The position of Strategic Sales and Marketing Leader for Grid Integration is critical in driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of the Grid Integration team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that meet and exceed targets. Your primary focus will be on achieving Order Received and Order Profitability targets, which includes early marketing and lead generation, direct customer sales, and responsibility for tendering.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's global strategy and budget
- Create action plans, implement sales strategies, and develop strategic sales and business development initiatives in line with LPG sales strategy and achieve sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency
- Define key Marketing & Sales targets in line with Division/Business Unit strategy and ensure these are achieved
- Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers within defined geographical areas and determine plans for securing the opportunities
- Responsible for product marketing, industry, segment marketing, and strategic and tactical marketing plans to support relevant organizations
- Initiate, implement, and report market analysis and marketing activities, ensuring the market is monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools and implementing coordinated marketing analyses and activities
- Collaborate internally and oversee preparation of competitor analyses ranging from full profit and loss account (P&L) and main financial data to company profile and net sales analysis
- Coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including lead, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals, monitor, and provide reports to the Marketing and Sales organization on market intelligence
- Support the development of strong relationships with key customers, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, ensure efficient marketing communications
- Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels
- Take ownership of the sales processes, all relevant training and development plans, actions, and programs
- Lead the Grid Integration Sales and Marketing team, including developing employee skills and performance through training and coaching, hiring, training, and developing new employees to meet organizational needs, providing feedback on employee performance, helping to develop employee skills where needed, and addressing performance problems in consultation with HRBP.
Requirements
- Graduated bachelor's relevant degree
- 10 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, demonstrated negotiation skills, experience managing people
- Good communication skill is required
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation package also includes comprehensive benefits, bonus structure, and career progression opportunities.
