
Field Commercial Growth Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Channel Manager to lead our distributor partnerships and drive commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing key accounts, executing joint business plans, and building robust relationships with distributors and end-users.
This is a field-based role that requires approximately 95% travel, with regular visits to distributor sites and end-user locations across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow distributor sales and revenue.
- Manage day-to-day distributor activity, including promotional compliance and supply chain optimization.
- Provide guidance and support to other account managers in the state team.
- Act as a senior sales contact in the absence of the Regional Sales Manager.
- Negotiate effectively with stakeholders to achieve growth targets.
