The Counter Manager will join our growth journey, driving commercial outcomes and performance with support from their team. They will be responsible for nurturing stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, management teams, and concession teams.

To succeed, you will have a commercial mindset, identifying opportunities within your business by assessing trends and consumer behavior. You will work closely with your team to develop future leaders, shaping their careers as part of our journey of growth.

Requirements:

  • Management experience within customer service or hospitality environments
  • Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment
  • History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement, and act on diverse perspectives
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills
