Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic events professional to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the Events Manager to assist with event setup, service, and pack down.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Events Manager with event planning and coordination
  • Set up and breakdown events in-house and off-site
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and communication with stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong passion for events and hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
