About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Event Production Associate. This key support role will help deliver memorable brand experiences and events while developing the skills to lead projects in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting event producers in managing projects from brief through to delivery, including timelines, documentation, and supplier coordination.
  • Assisting with client communications - preparing meeting notes, project updates, and coordinating approvals.
  • Helping scope projects and build budgets, tracking costs and reconciling post-event.
  • Coordinating with creative, technical, and production teams to ensure all deliverables are clear and on track.
  • Supporting onsite delivery, including setup, rehearsals, and managing suppliers.
  • Using systems and processes to keep projects organised and transparent.
  • Building strong relationships with internal team members, suppliers, and clients, based on reliability, attention to detail, and trust.
About You

You'll play a vital role in helping deliver industry-leading experiences, while building the foundations for your own career in event production.

We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has 2-3+ years' experience in events, ideally within brand activations, experiential, or live production.
  • Is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Has a genuine interest in live experiences, events, and client service.
  • Is someone who's keen to learn from experienced event producers and gradually take on more responsibility.
