Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Marriott International. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury hotel environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the property's Customer Service Manager, overseeing all property operations and ensuring that guests receive outstanding service.
  • Represent the property management team in resolving any guest or property-related situation, maintaining a strong working relationship with all departments.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
