About the Role

The Customer Controller is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team at V/Line. In this role, you will be responsible for managing real-time information and coordinating disruption management plans to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating alternate transport arrangements for passengers
  • Redeploying frontline staff to maintain optimal service levels
  • Collating crowd-sourced intelligence to inform service decisions
  • Delivering consistent and accurate information to customers through various channels

Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and content management systems
  • Capacity to work shifts, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays
