Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Manager to lead our restaurant team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders to provide exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, bar, and restrooms
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
