Front Office Supervisor Opportunity

Oxford House, a luxury boutique hotel in Sydney's Paddington neighborhood, is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and efficient team performance.

You will take a hands-on approach, managing a high level of guest experience through all guest interactions, including check-ins/check-outs, processing transactions, handling guest enquiries and complaints, and more.

We are looking for someone with a passion for service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other department managers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or Guest Service Agent in a boutique or luxury hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
