Tenancy Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the smooth operation of tenancies across multiple projects within the Sydney Metropolitan region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy in master tenancy points schedules, aligning with head contract documentation.
  • Coordinate architects in completing tenancy plans upon receipt of tenant instructions.
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors in delivering category 1 works for each tenancy.
  • Accompany prospective tenants through sites to facilitate inspections during construction.
  • Inspect and monitor sub-contractors completing category 1 works within tenancies, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Organize handover meetings between stakeholders, including parkview, tenants, shopfitters, and superintendents.
  • Finalize and complete handover checklists for each tenancy.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in end-to-end tenancy design and delivery processes.
  • Construction, architecture, or engineering degree, or equivalent building-related qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in similar construction environments.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with internal and external site staff.
  • Strong organizational and self-motivation skills, with ability to work in fast-paced construction sites.
