Job Description

The successful candidate will lead complex tenancy cases, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and deliver exceptional customer service to support tenant wellbeing and community connection. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing tenancy agreements, rent processes, and eligibility screening
  • Supporting tenants through onboarding, needs assessments, and referrals
  • Overseeing property inspections and maintenance coordination
  • Maintaining compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and internal policies
  • Collaborating with asset and support teams to improve resident outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in tenancy legislation, property systems, and reporting. A minimum of 5 years' experience in tenancy or housing management is required, along with tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields (desirable). A current driver's licence is also necessary.
