As a Retail Tenancy Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless tenancy coordination for our state-wide shopping center portfolio.

This position entails managing all tenancy design and delivery for shop openings within the allocated portfolio of centers, maintaining the highest level of safety for all occupants, best-fit outcomes for retailers, customers, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing the tenancy delivery program in conjunction with lease documentation.
  • Collaborating to guarantee timely completions.

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, retailers, and design consultants, to ensure successful project outcomes.
