About The Role

  1. Assist in conducting site inductions, including onboarding for new employees.
  2. Support customer site evaluations (MVI / Safety / Risk).
  3. Audit critical risk Safe Work Instructions (SWIs).
  4. Coordinate HACCP and GMP standards for the branch.
  5. Facilitate training programs.
  6. Organize and schedule external training needs.
  7. Track training records and matrices, including eLearning progress, and collaborate with managers to ensure training compliance and accurate record-keeping.
  8. Oversee licensing renewals for the depot.
  9. Monitor and update Trac licenses for drivers.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and develop SWIs.
  11. Assist in the execution of site self-audits to meet broader business and compliance requirements.
  12. Maintain and update the Site Risk Register.
  13. Coordinate and manage records of subcontractor and supplier compliance.
  14. Support the implementation of safe driving procedures.

About You

  1. Proficient in computer applications with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
  2. Strong literacy and numeracy capabilities.
  3. Excellent analytical skills.
  4. Ability to identify business improvements by reviewing existing practices and workflows.
  5. Effective time management abilities.
  6. Proactive approach with the capacity to foresee opportunities and mitigate potential issues.
  7. Understanding of the operational mechanics of vehicles and transport equipment.
