About The Role

  1. Assist in delivering site inductions, including onboarding for new employees.
  2. Support customer site evaluations focusing on safety, risk, and compliance.
  3. Conduct audits of critical risk Safe Work Instructions (SWIs).
  4. Coordinate Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements for the branch.
  5. Facilitate training programs for staff.
  6. Organize and schedule external training sessions as necessary.
  7. Monitor training records and matrices, including eLearning progress, collaborating with managers to ensure training compliance and accurate record-keeping.
  8. Oversee licensing renewals for the depot.
  9. Track and update driver licenses in the Trac system.
  10. Perform risk assessments and develop Safe Work Instructions (SWIs).
  11. Assist in completing site self-audits to meet broader business and compliance requirements.
  12. Maintain and update the Site Risk Register.
  13. Coordinate and document compliance records for subcontractors and suppliers.
  14. Support the implementation of safe driving procedures.

  1. Proficient in computer applications with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
  2. Strong literacy and numeracy capabilities.
  3. Excellent analytical skills.
  4. Ability to identify and implement business improvements by reviewing existing practices and workflows.
  5. Effective time management abilities.
  6. Proactive mindset with the ability to foresee challenges and create opportunities.
  7. Understanding of vehicle operation and transport equipment mechanics.
