About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Assurant, Inc. in Auburn. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in executing effective and efficient quality management for our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an effective quality management system for Assurant's products and services, including repair and refurbishment of mobile devices, tablets, and other electronics products.
  • Define and implement quality management and audit strategies to ensure minimal deviations within established SLAs.
  • Liaise with repair vendors, manufacturers, customer service business units, and operations to ensure seamless quality management.
  • Develop, implement, document, and monitor quality standards, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and company quality standards.
  • Track and report trends on quality issues to internal operations, OEM repairers, and partners to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement training plans for Quality management resources and operations to ensure effective quality management.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a service and/or quality manager.
  • Knowledge of quality management, especially of wireless/mobile devices.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the delivery and management of quality.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and high attention to detail.
